Why Compose It over galvanised steel?
The pressure tank market has been dominated by galvanised steel for decades. Compose It offers a structural alternative through a robotic filament winding process using glass fibres pre-impregnated with thermoplastic resin — the same material family as drinking water pipes. Result: a monobloc shell, no welds, no joints, impervious to corrosion.

The range at a glance
Compose It covers 5 product families, from 60 to 450 litres, 8 bar working pressure, ACS and PED 2014/68/EU certified:
- RE-V — Bladder tank for pressure boosting (Basic and Expert with built-in gauge)
- RE-H — Hydrophore for oxygenation, aeration and degassing
- RE-FTOP — Top-head filtration (inlet/outlet on top)
- RE-FDEP — Side-head filtration (inlet top, outlet bottom, up to 50 m³/h)
- RE-TC — Contact time for chlorination
French manufacturing and environmental commitment
All tanks are manufactured in La Ferté-Gaucher (Seine-et-Marne, France) in a factory running on decarbonised electricity, with zero production waste. The carbon footprint is 3.5 times lower than an equivalent galvanised steel tank (LCA data from INIES). Compose It is certified La French Fab and a member of France Water Team.
